					<description>are you planning to add some delete function for those muvees which get stuck for some reason and are forever "coming soon"?
I pushed the limits puting small videos in one muvee... 

otherwise I'm forced of having several accounts, since everytime one gets stuck the folloing ones seem to stuck as well...</description>

Thanks for your feedback. File formats that are known to work well with muveeMix are MPEG-1 and DivX for instance. Some AVI file formats are known to wrap unsupported video streams, such as Xvid or even MPEG-4.

Videos that are not supported are manually transcoded by us, usually within 24 hours. If transcoding doesn't work, we remove the video if there are enough pictures available.

In all other cases, we would remove the muvee and contact the user. We could make the cancellation feature available if the previous attempt failed; that way, if we catch it faster we solve it; if not, the user can decide to remove it ;)</description>
