File formats that are known to work well with muveeMix are MPEG-1 and DivX for instance. Some AVI file formats are known to wrap unsupported video streams, such as Xvid or even MPEG-4. Videos that are not supported are manually transcoded by us, usually within 24 hours. If transcoding doesn't work, we remove the video if there are enough pictures available. In all other cases, we would remove the muvee and contact the user. We could make the cancellation feature available if the previous attempt failed; that way, if we catch it faster we solve it; if not, the user can decide to remove it ;) Hi bernat,
