You may follow the steps below in uninstalling the program from your computer and let me know how it goes.

1) Click Start -> Click 'control panel' -> click 'add or remove program' -> select muvee software and click remove)

OR

2) Try "Advanced Uninstaller Pro 10 " -> forced remove option in the program

You can download the file from our ftp site using the following steps:

1. Start up an windows explorer (right click Start -> select Explore)

2. Paste the ftp address into the address bar ftp://muveeUserMedia:UM12oPLkadtunb9@ftp.muvee.com/Advanced_Uninstaller10.exe

3. Once the site loads you will see an explorer like file browser

4. Copy / paste the files onto your desktop to run it
